Why Get The Box?

The Box is a one stop shop for your first time period needs. We aim to provide all of the information and necessities you would want when experiencing your cycle for the first time. This makes the process less scary and more educational. as women, we want to teach the next generations to embrace their bodies and The Box is a perfect opener to just that.

What is your shipping policy?

We’re so excited for you to meet your box!
Once your order is placed, our team carefully packs it up within 1–2 business days and sends it on its way to you.

Shipping Times

  • U.S. orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your box leaves our hands, so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

We do our very best to get your box to you quickly, but sometimes carrier delays or weather can slow things down. If your order seems delayed or you have any questions, our team is happy to help at support@meetthebox.com.

What is your return policy?

We truly hope you love what’s inside your box! But if it’s not quite the right fit, we totally understand.

Here’s how returns work:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • All items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify.

  • Once a product has been opened, we can’t take it back — thank you for understanding!

To start a return, just email us at support@meetthebox.com with your order number and a quick note about what’s going on. We’ll send you easy instructions on what to do next.

Once we receive and inspect your box, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method — this usually takes 5–10 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless something in your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
